Santam not keeping up to standards

We were part of the tornado incident in kzn,santam paid most of our claim however the final items like carport, windy dryer ,swimming pool is taking forever for an answer,Diagasen moodley the claims assessor doesn't answer my messages and his Manager Droey is non existent, I think I should approach the Ombudsman if k don't get closure of my claim,the assessor keeps saying the moderator is looking at it ,however it's been almost a year now since claim
