Santam not interested in my survival, they sitting with my money

I had my policy reviewed in Jan 26. Every time I write to Santam using the *** mailbox, it is an absolute waste. You get the standard and then silence. So, my policy changes was explained to Numiso in baby steps and she understood, only add another policy in my name. This is all for the same insured assets but split into 2 locations. This resulted in a deduction from my account of R1926 end Dec25, R1304 17Jan26 and further deduction of R4053 end Jan 26. This is my money which I need to run my household which Santam people do not understand. Surely any person with even no knowledge of insurance will easily pick up an over deduction of approx R6000. I don't understand how they don't have any check and balances to pick up that something is wrong. How do you run a business? Spoke to Peter who assured my he will call men back for feedback, but never did. still waiting for someone to respond, but more importantly, to return my money deducted incorrectly.
