SANTAM NOT HONORING A CLAIM

I trusted Santam for many years. Recently I called and logged a claim and I was sent from pillar to post - basically refusing to honour my claim and Friday last week a call centre agent by the name of Meshack confirmed that my claim will be honored and apologized on behalf of Santam. She transferred me to their claims department for my claim to be processed. But the telephone call got cut and when I called few minutes later the story had changed i.e. my claim was no longer being honored. I am now beyond frustrated as I had never anticipated such appaulling service from Santam of all short term insurances.
