SANTAM - NOT FAIR

MOTOR CLAIM- SANTAM
The claim was approved and took my car to Panel beaters for assessment in krugersdorp. I was not told how much will cost.
That if it was expensive was gonna find cheaper panel beaters. Since i was not told of the price, i thot i wont pay access too. When the car is done they say i must pay access of R9000
