Santam NOT calling back as Promised
I called in yesterday afternoon to log a potential claim. I was asked if I would like to rather speak to an Afrikaans agent and it was then agreed that I will be called back accordingly, as I was driving at the time. I am still awaiting the Afrikaans call back. An agent making promises on behalf of the company should ensure that the promise is kept, a.s.a.p. Definitely not good service - unacceptable and this is not the 1st time this has happened with me...

However, I asked if besides the SMS with the claim number will also be mailed, with perhaps more detail on the process - the response was positive, but I only received the SMS and not the e-mail, which actually will start the real claim conversation between Santam & Me....
