Santam not as reliable as it may want the public to believe
I am truly disappointed in Santam, which was recommended to me by a person I trust as a credible service provider. The sales person I was interacted with proved unreliable. My contact details were also passed by Santam to an insurance broker without my approval.

09 Dec 2025, 10:59It has been more than 3 weeks since I requested a simple insurance quote. Santam indeed "has been in contact" with me, only to tell me that they are "investigating" my case. Still no sign of a quote (with financial implications for myself).
