santam not answering after a week
last friday i posted here about santam insurance, their client drove into me causing damage to my vehicle, and his insurance is to pay, but still to this day i am being driven from pillar to post and am not getting any response from his insurance as to when this claim will be resolved and my vehicle, which i have pristinely looked after for 5 years will be fixed.. i will not claim from my insurance as i was not the one who caused the accident. wake up santam and answer me

28 Nov 2022, 14:47SANTAM over week now and no one has bothered contacting me regarding getting the claim sorted so i can get my car fixed which YOUR client drove into. My only option now will be small claims court if this matter is not sorted within 24 hours
