Santam - no regard for safety on repairs

Santam 3rd party claims process is a nightmare and frustration. No person has the mandate to make a decision nor assist in a timely fashion. They are unable to take factual evidence and process the claim accordingly, instead they hide behind a third-party assessor who is unprofessional as well as dishonest. How can Santam associate with this? The assessor wasn't even out to assess the vehicle, however he sends a dishonest report on the repairs required!! The repairs will jeopardize the safety of my family!!
