Santam no client protection

Santam is the worst short Terme insurances compony .They always complain about claims an clients in the media.. They make no evert to take Eskom to court in order stop loadshedding in order protect there clients from continuous claims, danaids equipment. All they did is increase the preemie of the client or add accesses fees. My claim has took fourteen days after which I have to remind them of the claim .This was the only time that they start responding again. Employers sitting in a conform zone and aspect the clients to keep them update.
