Santam New year surprise 2017

<p>This year 09 Jan 2017, I attended an auction sale Auction Operation at boksburg lot number 11. The vehicle was marked "no keys" - vehicle locked. It had a slight front smash with a rusted bin and cracked windscreen. The next day my santam surprise came when I eventually got the vehicle opened and found not just a smash damage but that the engine was siezed. I am not sure what message you are sending out to the public but this to me is considered "********* behaviour" on your path. You are alleged to financially grossly benefit from the consumers misfortune through this "auction operation style." Your vehicle was returned to Ian Fair at Auction Operation as I will take no further part in this and requested for my full refund. I will further take this matter on a public platform to ensure that the consumers are aware of the "auction operation style" </p>
