Santam new client - refund incorrect deduction

I ma just a new client moving to Santam, i have heard the god stories but even before my policy has even started already inconvenienced by the consultants particularly named Khanyisa Noma. Took out policy to start on the 1st April 2023,but she instead captured incorrect details on the policy and made it to start 1 March 2023, which was incorrect as i still had insurance. Called to correct the policy details and the start date but was told due to this error by Khanyisa, they will deduct money from my account due to the starting date 1March 2023 instead of April 2023, R 1 518 was deducted on the 7th March 2023, and a refund was to be done. After several calls to received the refund, it has not yet been paid until now 23rd March 2023. Currently on the phone with another consultant, where i had to explain everything yet again. Basically Month of March I paid for 2 policies.
