Santam MVA claim

I want to express my dissapointment at a claim assessed after a MVA my daughter was involved in at 5pm on 23.11.2019. My daughter Sam has total amnesia re the event. She was rear ended by a male in a BMW M3, who to my knowledge is also insured with this Insurer. Despite a witness statement saying how he was speeding, the claim was adjudicated based on this male's version of events. Leaves me wondering if its due to his family being more influential? (They own a brokerage firm in Dbn as wasvtold to me during a telephonic call from his brother post mva). They were very concerned, offered assistance yet now, Sam is responsible for collision, AR cannot be found by Saps, no diagnostics on M3 was tested for soeed or location. To many queries for me who ensured fair claims adjudication my entire life. I feel my daughter is a soft target for Insurer and claim was not correctly investigated. Pics clearly show that her car was rear ended at high speed!
