Santam most useless insurance

I have complained before in October 2024 and to date my claim is still not resolved as now I have to go to.the ombudsman to be heard.

My wife was in an incident and they turn it into an accident and then after 1 week nothing was done after I had to phone. Then a uselesss and clueless Assessor or validator by the name of kershan venkentdoo was appointed to the claim 2 weeks later. He was blind as bat and could.not.see.the pot holes which I had to go take pics and show him.and his boss by the name of Franz. All I required was for thr mv to be towed to my house.or repair centre but this idiot kershan started to investigate and made this a personal vendetta to discredit me. A scene visit was done and shown where it happen and and agreement was made that there was a misunderstanding at the call.centre and there was no accident claim. But detective kershen never stop and continued until.now to discredit me and blacklist me.as *****ulent.claimer. I complained to the complaints section and to.my surprise my email.was blocked and to.date still.is..so I can't complain. Neo was given all info telephonically but nothing could.be sent which I have written proof as my email.is blocked. This shows one sided insurance who don't hear both sides and cover for their useless validators. I proved to them twice how's that lie and blame me and it's okay. First I showed them the pot holes which they could.not.see.and them the mbr tifians who damaged my mv while.in their storage denied until.i showed the pics prior to it being taken by them they was so embarrassed that they fixed my car and refused to apologize or the 2 validators who.was in CO hoots with them as they believed.them until they saw my pics. Pls they offer cheap.insurance but the claims.process is a torture as they have *********** and ****s working for them as they look.for every loop.hole.not.to pay. Pay bit extra and get peace of mind as santam and their ***** team will make u suffer until u give up. I.wont and will.expose.these ****** and ********* team of ******. Thelma, kershen, Franz and now.neo. don't waste yr time and save the pain don't take.any insurance with santam.
