SANTAM LOOKING FOR WAYS NOT TO ASSIST

Our complex uses SANTAM as our short term insurance company. Three years ago when I bought my unit, a proper COC has been given. Last week the one plate of my stove exploded due to a short circuit. SANTAM refuses to either fix or replace my stove as, according to them, the stove is old. WHERE ON EARTH DID YOU HEAR OF SOMETHING SO RIDICULOUS.
