Santam letting down own clients

One of the worst Insurance companies. I was involved in an accident with a Santam client in August 2017. After getting quotes form panel beaters who are approved by them, they started to give reasons why they cannot get my car fixed. To get my car fixed I am taking the Santam client to court and the client has been left to deal with the issue on her own. Santam disowned their own client and refused to fix my car. Be careful if you are considering buying any product with this company.
