Santam Legal Insurance was sold to me on the 8th of February 2024 and i was then told that i will receive the insurance policy before the 1st debit goes off! I called on the 22nd of February 2024 to enquire about the contract and i was told it will be sent after 1 or 2 days! Today is the 27th of February i have still not received the contract and the 1st debit will go off on the 29th on Feb. They don’t even bother to call me and explain why they are taking long to send the policy and i must be the one running after them!! This is bull****! The way they are so not reliable Obviously i am likely to suffer in future for using their services! Call me on ***
