Santam Legal Department/Visagie Vos

I was involved in an accident with one of Santam's clients, a Mr Steven Wrench. He drove head on into me, I was in a stationery vehicle. He told me he didn't see me,and he was speeding. Without properly investigating, santam drags me to court,sues me,and here's where the catch comes in. They stick a summons against my door on 3 occasions, knowing I moved to Durban. The Judge finds me guilty in abstentia, and grants them a Judgement of R36000. Fact is their client Steven Wrench has an eyesight problem,he was blind to a degree. How can they insure an individual with a disability, then persue,and lie in court about the victim when seeking damages. Surely this is ********* and *******. The Sheriff of the court just delivered a summons at my work place for the same judgement, 2 years later,this time it has escalated to + R65000. When does the harassment stop? Now I have to take off from work to show the judge the same rescindment letter from 2 years back. I doubt that I could ever have Santam be my service provider for any insurance, etc related needs. Furthermore I ask the general public to heed my warning. You don't know what level of harassment they are capable of.
