Santam Legal claims - NO SERVICE!!

It is so difficult to contact WELCOME the person handling my claim in their legal section. It appears that my incident on 30Dec 2024 was handed to WELCOME who was on leave! I have called him daily and his number usually just goes dead. Today 10 Jan 2025 tried again without success. On the odd occasion other people in he legal claims department have answered and given me information in drips and drabs. I am grateful to MARIAM ..JULIA ..and KENOSI for trying to assist with his email address. I have sent almost all information to him by email a few days ago... dont even know if he received it or if its information he requires. Today asked to speak to a manager so the claim can be allocated to another consultant. That number is inoperative!!! So frustrating!
