SANTAM KICKING A MAN WHILE HE IS DOWN

<p>On Wednesday 22nd February 2017 my house was broken into and the *****s took everything </p> <p>Clothes</p> <p>Appliances</p> <p>TV</p> <p>Watches</p> <p>Shoes</p> <p>FOOD</p> <p> </p> <p>Now to make things worse SANTAM REJECTS MY CLAIM because i dont have a security gate installed on the front door i stay in a security complex surrounded by an Electric fence all the units dont have security gates. THIS WAS NOT EVEN MENTIONED IN THE POLICY DOCUMENTS AND SANTAM DID NOT REQUEST FOR A SECURITY GATE TO BE INSTALLED.THIS IS A UNIT INSIDE A SECURITY COMPLEX FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. </p> <p> </p> <p>The questions that i was asked were as per below</p> <p>Is there Burglar Bars on All the Windows ? Yes</p> <p>Is there an Electric Fence around the Complex ? Yes</p> <p>Do you have an Alarm installed ? No</p> <p>I was never asked to install any security gate </p> <p>I have been paying the Household Premium since 2012 and now am claiming for the first time in 5 years and i get this. You not any better than the *****s that came into my house and stole everything i worked hard for, TALK ABOUT KICKING A MAN WHEN IS HE ALREADY DOWN THAT IS SANTAM FOR YOU.</p>
