Santam Just another cheating insurance firm

No stars. None. Santam has insured my house for more than 30 years. If I had 3 claims during this period it is a lot. I moved into my recent home 5 years ago. I informed them yet nobody from Santam came to check out the new house. They have been taking my money for 30 years yet now I am told that the house has a design fault and they are not paying for the leaking roof. Thank you so much. Just another cheating insurance firm!!!
