Santam is very bad

Hi im a old man who as a claim n have a doctors note to state no one can come over yet they did send 2 people to my house before n now all this claims man wants to do is give me a run a round just not to pay i have a claims card but he say its lock down so can't delivery claims card but yet I have it all he wants to do is just worry me santam is becoming hard cos what they ask for we give n still its a problem my broken things is with they people but they have a problem
