Santam is useless

Santam cellphone insurance,I lodged a claim on the 10th of june,paid all the axcess required,they fetched the phone on the 27th of june,even now my phoned haven't been fixed or taken back to me,imagine spending 2 month without a phone,while paying insurance, this insurance is useless
