SANTAM IS THE WORST INSURANCE EVER

I regret taking a Policy with santam, they are the worst insurance I have ever dealt with. I registered a claim a month ago and I have been getting a run a round from them since then. 1st of all they are so *********** because it took them 2 weeks before they could appoint someone to come and check my house and even after they Appointment Jamain Philips to come and check who advised me that after 5 days everything will have been finalized but it didn't happen like that. I have been trying to call this Jamain Philips and email but he is not answering any of my calls or emails and its been 10 days since he came to check my house which is way over 5 days he promised me about. They talk very nice when you take a Policy and give you a great service; Come the Claim time you will fight with SANTAM. Claim number: ***
