Santam is the worst Insurance company ever.

Santam is the worst Insurance company I've ever dealt with in years they do not care about their clients they have rude consultants who are arrogant and unhelpful they provide the wrong information and each one has 10 different answers to the same question, we have been struggling for two months now to get our claim resolved, Santam appoints inadequate Assessors who also do not communicate with clients or gets back to a client, santam says one thing and thier appointed Assessors say another, Santam has been dragging thier feet costing us more and more money my mother in law had to spend over R6000 due to Santam's lying and inadequate service from them and thier Assessors I myself have lost R5000 as well in this matter but no resoulustion has been given to our issue so now we are in a financial rut due to a company and its associates who does not care about clients.
