Santam is the Worst

I remain shocked at the snail pace taken by Santam to return my money they debitted on 15 and 20 October 2022 respectively without my consent nor permission, nor commitment as I did not accept their proposed solution as it did not meet my requirements and I proactively communicated the decline to Santam.
