santam is not who they say they are

had soil erosion in april storm and then a slight tremor in around 29 june and once again santam assessors were *********** seems like they are working hand in hand with theirs panel of contractors whom are *********** like the assessors see following letter to my broker ........ Dear sir

I wish to bring to your attention over a series of damages that took place first in april over the severe storm and then the slight tremor on the 29th june

In the storm in april my back boundary wall has fallen into the pool and was paid diligently but she ignored the the other severe damages to the pool by falling blocks into and onto the pool.

as well as the new cracks that appeared after all the soil eroded after five days of torrential non stop rain. my kitchen door was damaged severely and not mentioned in the payout as well as all the sunken paving due to soil erosion that took place and thus the shifting of the property. I complained to hello peter and next thing things started to happen but was conned by ludwe with a settlement of 20000 for fallen walls as well as another sunken pavings also not forgetting new cracks on a new wall that was added for the tile roof. everything was ignored when the property shifted the tiles on the floor of inside the house was also crack upon removing to my horror i find that not only my walls cracked but also the floor.

I HAVE SHOWED U PICS OF ALL THE DAMAGES AS I DISCOVERED THEM.

I MUST ADD THAT THE ASSESSORS WERE NOT DILIGENT IN THEIRS DUTIES AS WELL AS MY INITIAL CLAIM WAS IN APRIL AND ITS NOW NOVEMBER.

IM NOW BECOMING ANXIOUS AS WELL AS FRUSTRATED AT THE WAY THEY ARE TREATING AN OLD PENSIONER ON HIS CLAIM.

I AM TOO OLD TO MAKE FALSE CLAIMS I JUST WANT TO HAVE MY PROPERTY THE WAY IT WAS WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED THATS ALL
