Santam is not the insurance company to go with.

On the 1st of December I had a break in at my house. Items was ****** aswell as damage to my property which i do have cover for. Assesor was only sent out on the 7th of January. Still no settlement. Think twice before signing any policy with Santam. Submitted a complaint with the complaint department and they have a entire list of excuses why the claim has not received attention.
