Santam is not here to help wen u have a breaking or problem they just add on to ur problem

Hi i have a claim with Santam for house break in claim number 1,9,4,0,8,5,9,7,4 we have being with Santam for years now n we had a breaking and after to 2 mths a guy name allan who came home and sore before and afer pictures of what we had inside our house now says we cant get paid out cos wen i took out policy i gave only some information of my claim history and not full so what if i only what i thought at that time i said n then he say i never say full about my husband claim history why did not der person who helped me to take up policy say me what she wanted or needed only thing was she wanted me to take up policy so she can get paid and now wen i have a problem and need help from insurance company i have all this its not good cos i have a son and now we paid our insurance everymth and now we stuck with nothing ********** 223
