Santam is not helping the people.
We have santam insurance for our home and vehicle. Just recently the car ended up with flood damage. From day one it is gone almost two months no sign of an assessor or help. The complaints number of santam online is ****. The internal arbitrators e mail is also ****. It bounces back. Shame on you Santam for having **** e mail help lines and no help.
