santam is just not as great as I thought

I am honestly very disappointed with santam and I am writing this out of pure frustration. I have always thought of santam as the best insurance in SA, I have always avoided talking to telemarketers offering me car insurance quotes because I have always believed I have the best, I have paid their very expensive premiums for many years because I trusted them.

I had a really unfortunately accident and its been over a week after I submitted a claim, nothing has happened, I am always just told someone will give me call then nothing happens. There is a high chance that our family will spend December holidays with no car because the claims process with santam just does not move. I trusted this company and I am truly disappointed and highly stressed. I dont even know if they are willing to help anymore, I feel I am interacting with people who just do not care, maybe its a thing of feeling too big as a company and you just dont care if one client goes because you have enough clients, but for someone who has paid such high premiums for so long, it is unfair to be offered such bad service.
