Santam is how they deal with 3rd Party victims

Who is conflicting who? Have you gone through the damages of the vehicles, reviewed the road and tell how can your driver be telling the truth? 

I want you to tell me here the probability of the driver telling the truth and that my statement is in conflict with his thus looking at the road he mentioned, the damage on his whole left side doors and the damages on my right corner side. 

Mind you he said he was changing lanes in Panorama. I want you to tell me how possible is that changing lanes. From which lane was he and to which lane was he changing and how did the vehicles happen to hit the left and right respectively. 

Look on both sides than clinging to protect a lie thereby promoting ******** acts on the roads of South Africa. Do you even know if I was a wreck less driver the person you are protecting his lie was gonna kill me and my son? 

I couldn't see your sketch so I have attached mine, the Accident Police Report. In the sketch he was Driver A and I hereby ask you to examine his diagram. He indicates he was on R101 (lies) turning to Panorama. Right let's assume he is saying right. Now check where he puts me Driver B, he is indicating that I am going straight on R101 (truth). Now that's where Real Conflict and Lies are coming from. Can you tell me the possibilities of B hitting A to the left hand side doors with his front corner when he is driving straight with A on left lane (as his diagram suggests)? He has put 2 lanes in his diagram, he has put himself on left lane and me on right lane, study the possibilities please with unbiased mind and tell me how did that happen.

Thanks for your concern Tia to know what happened. I will give details during the course of the day. 

Basically this is what happened;

I will call myself Driver B and their driver will be Driver A. 

On January 8, 2019 I was traveling with my son to fetch my wife who works at Outsurance, Embankment Road, Centurion. It was at night around 19:20hrs traveling along R101 approaching Sarel Baard Crescent traffic lights ????. The lights were Green on my side and I continued going when suddenly a vehicle approached in reverse from Panorama Road getting inside Sarel Baard Road and R101. I hooted but it was too late for him to stop and go forward and too late for me to avoid an in coming vehicle from an opposite direction and in reverse. The guy hit me. It looked like an ambush because in actual sense nonse does reverse on the robots.

After a while the guy came out of the car and looked confused. That's when I got my composure as his appearance looked not to be a hijacker. I went out of my vehicle too. We spoke. I firstly asked how is everyone in his car. He had 2 passengers with him in the front seat. He said they are all well. Then I asked what was wrong. He said and I quote, "eish brag am sorry, I lost my way". I said but you hit me. He agreed to that and said I must take his number and car registration he will fix my car. Actually we agreed to both take particulars for the other. It's when I asked if we can go do a police affidavit stating he agrees to fix my car. But then his actions when ambulances arrived and more especially when paramedics took my son to check for possible injuries in the vital organs. The guy started his car whilst I was with the medical officials and was going, luckily the traffic lights were red on him and I ran and stopped in front of his car and asked him to reverse. I asked why he is going. He said he is late. I asked him am I not late with my wife waiting outside the building alone in the dark and again with my son been checked with medical personnel? 

After my son was checked and confirmed to be OK, the guy started the car again and boom. I had to speed up and caught up with him. 

To cut the story short, at the police station me and my wife were surprised instead of an affidavit as agreed he asked for an AR Form. Which was fine anyway with me. 

Now here comes the story. His report on the AR Form was confusing and the Officer attending our case asked him to explain how possible is it the cars collided in the manner he has put as it does not correspond in regards to the road, road laws and the damaged areas of both vehicles. My vehicle was hit exactly at the right side fender damaging the front bumper spoiler,right side spoiler,water bottle allocated at the right side of the engine,right spot light and yea,his was damaged on the left side,back door. So in his report he said Driver B was on the middle lane and him Driver A was on the left lane.HHe claims he was changing lanes from R101 to Panorama (will upload the report and sketch that he signed himself). So the police asked how did Driver B on the middle lane hit Driver A who was on the left lane having Driver B damaged the right side of his vehicle and Driver A damages on the left side. The officer and his colleagues were confused and told him that was impossible. So having both of us signed down on our sketches, the police advised me to go to his work and report the matter. The guy works for Netflorist. 

Netflorist ran their investigation, went to the scene of accident and checked the report if it corresponds with their drivers report. They concluded their driver was lying (will share part of the email they sent to their brokers) and that's when they told me that their insurance will fix my car. 

But since that time Santam have been a total hell on me until yesterday when they said they can't accept my claim saying my statement does not correspond with their driver's. For many times in my ema conversation with them I have been asking them to explain who does not correspond here or who is at fault. They never tell. When I ask them to explain the definition and possibilities to have Driver B hitting their insurer Driver A using their Insured driver sketch itself, they have never wanted me to ask that question and they have never answered that, rather all they tell me is that they are rejecting my claim. 

Using my Facebook, I am gonna upload the sketch which their insured driver signed in the presence of a Commissioner of Oath who in this case is the police officer, that's the sketch Santam is denying to explain to me and don't want to use it at all.
