Santam is Horrible and does not pay claims

It's been 6 months now since my accident and Santam has not attended to my claim. I wrote a review on Hellopeter in December and was able to get their attention for only 2 weeks, ever since then I have been bounce from on consultant to another each of them starting with the process from the beginning, and I have been sending the requested documents to them for 4 months and heard all the excuses from their consultants from not receiving the documents, too I'm in class I cant attend to your email, too having an emergency and not been in the office, to me sending the wrong format of document...I anyone can help resolve this Please, I have proof of all communication on email...I am even thinking of going to open a case against their client who Bumped me from behind whilst we were in traffic because he was busy on his phone...and Santam is struggling to attend to this claim even after six whole months of patience. I would like to ask anyone who is thinking of joining them as our country is going through a struggle with the COVID 19 epidemic to please think twice about trusting your families well being in the hands of a company that finds it hard to attend to a claim for six months. Santam has horribly traumatized me .
