Santam is expensive for nothing

As i type this i am fuming in disappointment, they brag about insurance good and proper but do not live up to that. First my car came back from the panel beater with a few things i was not happy with and a dead battery i spoke to the assessor regarding this but i ended having to purchase a new battery because my insurer could not have my back , now again Europcar was advise by Santam to collect the vehicle on the 17th of June 2020 but Europcar did not do that and now i am liable for the extra days they did not collect the vehicle my insurer again when they should be sending proof to Europcar on when they were supposed to collect the vehicle but again they are hela useless.
