SANTAM is CLUMSY and ARCHAIC

I have been with Santam for many years. Tried to add a vehicle three weeks ago. Personnel were super clumsy, not phoning back when telephone contact dropped out, days of delays with wrong details to and fro. I have cancelled my policy and switched to Naked Insurance. What a breeze, sorted in 30 minutes at half the price. GOODBYE SANTAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
