SANTAM IS BAD!

I was in a accident with my husband and 1 year old son on the 29th of November 2024! Today is 4th of April 2025. One of Santams customers drove into our car and drove away from seen. Santam has made no effort in solving this matter everyday is empty promises as Mnr mongamele, Miss Lungi and Miss Dineo don't contact me back. They have been waiting for medical records for more than a month I mean the hospital can give that in 1 day. The assesor Corneluis only viewed my car on11 March 2025 4 months after accident. What kind of service does Santam provide?? Empty promises. As their customers car is already fixed and we must struggle with transport as my car is a total write off. There is no Customer service from SANTAM!!!!
