Santam is awesome change over to them

Each time I submit a claim, I get so scared that Santam wont pay my claim because of the perception that insurance companies will do anything not to rightfully pay claims, and I always think they are going to make the claim process difficult, but they prove me wrong each time, I get at least one phone call everyday from the competitors wanting to convince me to change insurance because they can offer me lower premiums etc, but I will never change my insurance for one reason and one reason only, the claim process is absolutely seamless, quick, easy, no hassles, and absolutely phenomanally fast, I loged a claim yesterday for my pool pump, this morning the funds was in my account to have the pool pump repaired, if this is not outstanding customer service then I dont know what is, Santam I am so glad that I am with you, and I hope the public can read this, I dnt want lower premiums, I just want to be able to be paid when I have a claim and my claim meets the needs to Santams requirements, and so far they hve never rejected any claim of mine, fixing my household areas has been an absolute pleasure with Santam, thank you so much, stay as super as you are, even the agents are so well trained, they call you back when they have lost connection, a service that is absolutely valueble,
