Santam is an excellent insurer

As you may have noticed, I usually use this platform to write bad reviews for bad service. However, today I would like to thank Santam, and Mr. Cuthbert Maphoso in particular for your excellent service and support.

Since the start of my claim process, this gentlemen has followed up with all the relevant parties, and followed up with me. He has always remained professional, even under difficult circumstances and through the frustrations. Santam, this guy deserves a promotion, or a raise! I can truly say that he has gone over and above the call of duty!

To Santam:

Thank you for your excellent service and support. This is the one insurer that you can trust and that seems to be in the business to really help their clients, and not only for the money.

Through multiple claims, and years, I pay my premiums gladly, because these guys are an Ace in your back pocket. Every claim has been settled professionally, and in most cases, they either provide better service, or better financial support in a claim that what is expected from the agreements. This is really what I call peace of mind.
