Santam is a ****! Customer Service is dead!

My properties were damaged by the hail storm that affected most of JHB on 5 Dec 2022. Santam promptly appointed a company called Darramaine to assist me. If I had to explain how useless this service provider is, I will take the whole day! It took them over 3 weeks to send a roof report for one property. Todate, I'm still waiting for the report for the other property. So my only concern is not that Darramaine is useless but the fact that Santam is just sitting back and enjoying to see "their" client being given a shady and pathetic service. Nobody is interested in seeing me being treated FAIRLY or atleast with dignity/respect. Nobody is seeing anything wrong with this type of service. Nobody cares that while they are enjoying their Christmas with their families, some of us are stressed and concerned and having sleepless nights? What's the point of having insurance and instead of being assured of the best service, end up feeling like I am ****** and conned of my hard-earned money that they receive faithfully on a monthly basis. Santam, I hope you are proud of your unprofessionalism, lack of empathy and being useless!
