Santam is a real ****

On 5 April, I was in a car accident after which I reported to SAPS. Same day I reported to Santam and was given three local panelbeaters to choose from. Santam received a quotation after which they were sending me text messages, not authorizing. Time came and passed until 12 May where they authorised. The car was booked for 15 May and I accessed a courtesy car same day. Yesterday I raised my concern about my car not being ready after waiting for more than a month for authorisation and got told via Siyanda that it was not them that delayed. Today the courtesy xar will be picked up leaving me to deal with transport issues for my 87-yr-old and 10-year-old. How did I cause a delay since the accident to be dealt with in such an evil way? All I was asking for is an extension and they dump me. I had no idea I had left Budget for Satan himself. Their panelbeaters say the car will be ready next week. Am I asking for too much?
