Santam is a no go!!!!!!!

Very bad. I suggest NO ONE signs up any policies with them. They take forever to complete claims and will scratch in your personal matters to find reasons to reject your claim. If you have a claim with them for 2 months or longer, I suggest you find a other Insurer ASAP. Claims assessors and claims managers works together and are against you instead of being for you! I have had them speak to me with disrespect and in a abrupt manner. I have complained to Santam Insurance and to the Ombudsman more than once! Totally pathetic for a service we pay for!! Definitely canceling Insurance with them!
