I'm a third party claimant and I have been going back and forth with this insurance for the past 5 months, I got into an accident with one of their clients who hit my car at the back and badly damaged it, me and my family have been struggling for the past 5 months as I'm a sole bread winner as I use the car on the e-ehailing platform,in the past few days I went to the insured party to find out with the insurer what is happening with my claim and he was told that I'm already paid. To my surprise I was told that the claim was rejected due to some poor findings in their invistigations me and my family are eating their excuses what a poor service I'm receiving at the hands of Santam.
