Bad service and not fair

I was involved in an accident with a person who is insured by SANTAM. Santam’s client crashed onto my vehicle from behind, he admitted that he is the one who’s at fault. then lodged a claim to Santam for the repairs for his vehicle, as well as a third party claim for my vehicle. His claim has been approved and his vehicle is at the Panelbeater while the third party claim is still not authorized. I have been told to wait for 10 to 60 working days for feedback and it is not guaranteed that the claim will be approved. How is this fair? I’m the one who is always contacting Santam regarding the progress of the claim, they keep on telling me to check with them the following day. SANTAM is a big NOOOO!
