Santam is a bad insurer

I have been a loyal client of Santam insurance for the past 6 years , I logged a call the past monda6y as my machine started making a sound after moving houses. They called their inspector who now says its a wear and tear and I was told that 'he also reassessed my machine" which baffles me as my machine is still at home and no one came over to reassess. and I spoke to a rude lady called Raeesah Mohamed, who did not care to even listen to me, all she wanted to tell me was that my claim was rejected. Funny enough, I was dealing with this monster who lacks customer service and empathy, I asked her to let the lady I have been dealing with to give me a call. Pathetic service
