Santam is a bad insurance

Hi i was with Santam for a long time had 3 of my vans insurance with them my 2nd van got smashed wen it wen to they panel shop my van got burnt so they paid me out n now after about a year my other van pumper and fender got smashed and they asking for bacon report as if my van got ****** my husband got hurt but he is still at work n u get a man who phone him n me n give us a white person phone number to full bacon report and wen we phone him and say its a wrong phone number on form he say dont worry sign n send and wen we do that he now says he needs us to go back and sign rite form we so done with santam that now we want them to give our van back and we will fix it cos we have 4 other insurance company who say they with have fixed our van in 2 weeks or paid us reason for this is so that people dont pay Santam and in time of a problem here story Santam is a bad insurance company my phone number is ********** 422 claim number ********** 75
