Santam Inurance cheats elderly client
My grandfather's Toyota HiLux double cab was ****** earlier this year. He had installed tracker as required but now the insurance refuses his claim. He has been a client for over 5 years and this is his second car he has insured. He has never claimed before and never missed a payment. I feel this is unfair business practice and that he is being treated this way due to his age.
