Santam Insurence : Third Party claim took more than 2 years to resolve, but in the end It was approved

Although it took more than 2 years for Santam to approve a Third Party Claim, the security questions, and documentation that was required was NECESSARY to reduce *****, the nature of my claim was complex, with Covid-19 also contributing to the delay, I am happy that in the end the claim was paid up in full.
