Santam insurance what a joke!!!!!

Santam, from their assessors to their front line and back office staff do not know what they are doing! They keep you on a string for six months for claim to be approved and just before this is approved they come up with some bull**** excuse to stand up for their lack of training their staff properly. From the companies they work this to their own staff lie from the word go and promise you the world but lie to make an insured claim non payable, I have everything insured with them and I am now forced to move to another insurer because I cannot be insured by this joke of a company and sit back while they ***** my money for insured benefits which they do not cover. Santam can go ahead and ***** from other people who are not in the know about their shady business practices until the time comes around and then its too late! So let this be a warning to you if you are insured by Santam to move away from them they are not worth the money you pay them and you will get ****** at the time you need them to stand up and cover you!!!!!
