Santam insurance - very delayed
Had a claim for a vehicle theft on the 3rd of December 2023 , after me fighting and complaining i finally get a call back from the person handling the claim and now i have to still wait for his manager to assess and decide if they are settling the claim . all documents have been submitted by the next day after the incident was reported. my fault i did not take car hire but now its costing a fortune to move around during this period .
