Santam Insurance - Unable to obtain my Policy Documents

I have just switched my vehicle insurance to Santam. I am yet to receive my policy documents despite requesting it twice via e-mail and a further two times telephonically from the Santam call centre - I have even provided an alternate e-mail address to the Santam consultant but I am yet to receive my policy documents. This is really frustrating and I'm already regretting switching insurers to Santam.
