Santam Insurance sucks

On Saturday 29 october, as i was entering a 2 lane traffic circle, A Santam insurance client drove into me, damaging my car, which for 5 years i have meticulously looked after. Said person opened a claim his side, but for weeks now i am the one who has to run around trying to get any info from Santam Insurance, who 1st suggested i claim from my insurance, Outsurance, which 1stly, i didnt cause the accident, secondly, i lose my outsurance bonus due in January.. Santam then suggested i do a 3rd party claim, which i started only to find out after weeks of trying to get hold of anyone, i again have to run around getting all sorts of documents just to have my vehicle repaired, which again i state, their client did damage to.. Santam should be the ones running after me arranging to have MY vehicle fixed not the other way round.. Disgusting service!
